How to buy OPERATIQ on Microsoft Marketplace
A practical guide so your institution understands what it needs before starting and how the purchase is completed.
In a few minutes you will understand what your institution needs and how the purchase is completed through Microsoft Marketplace.
Before you buy
To buy OPERATIQ on Microsoft Marketplace, your institution generally needs:
- A Microsoft work or organizational account appropriate for Microsoft Marketplace.
- Access to an eligible Azure subscription used for Microsoft Marketplace billing.
- Permission to purchase Marketplace solutions: normally the Owner or Contributor role on the subscription, or the equivalent permission your organization defines.
- Marketplace purchases enabled by your organization’s policies.
- A valid payment method associated with the billing account.
What about my Azure infrastructure?
You do not need to deploy or manage OPERATIQ infrastructure in your Azure subscription. OPERATIQ is a service (SaaS) operated by Grupo Fenrir; your Azure subscription is used in the Microsoft Marketplace purchasing and billing process.

Step by step
- 1
Open the offer
Open OPERATIQ on Microsoft Marketplace and review the available plans.
- 2
Choose the plan
Select OPERATIQ Business or OPERATIQ Business Professional.
- 3
Get it now / Subscribe
Choose “Get it now” or “Subscribe”. If you start from Microsoft Marketplace, the Azure portal opens after a redirect notice; sign in if prompted.
- 4
Review basic details
Confirm the Azure subscription, plan, contract duration, price per billing period, number of users and auto-renew settings.
- 5
Review advanced details
Review the resource group, tags and contact details. Your name and email are shared with the seller after purchase.
- 6
Accept the terms
Review the publisher’s and Microsoft’s legal terms.
- 7
Complete the purchase
Select “Complete purchase”. The process can take up to a minute; keep the window open until it finishes.
- 8
Configure the account
When Microsoft presents it, select “Configure account” to continue on the OPERATIQ site.
- 9
Complete OPERATIQ setup
Follow the instructions to finish configuration and enable access.
After the purchase
Completing the order with Microsoft does not mean OPERATIQ is ready immediately. After the purchase, select “Configure account”; continue on the OPERATIQ site, where configuration and activation of your access are completed. You must complete this step before you can use OPERATIQ.
For OPERATIQ’s plans, billing begins once you configure the account and the subscription is activated on the publisher side; completing the Microsoft order alone does not start billing. If the account is not configured within 30 days of purchase, Microsoft automatically deletes the subscription. If you need help, contact us before that deadline.
Billing
OPERATIQ’s published reference price is stated in US dollars (USD). The billing experience and applicable currency are determined by your Microsoft account and agreement; depending on the agreement, charges may be by card or by invoice. The subscription must have a valid payment method.
